"Corvallis Oregon Freeride" A.K.A "C.ORE Freeride," started in 2009 at Oregon State University. C.ORE is devoted to skiers, snowboarders, and thrill-seekers alike. Aimed at providing an outlet for skiing, snowboarding and all other extreme sports within the college community. C.ORE Freeride also embraces and promotes the mountain/surf/skate/laid-back lifestyle and creates a niche for it in Corvallis, Oregon.

Not only do we love to participate in any and all extreme sports, we also love to kick back, relax, and socialize! Whether that means meeting new friends at a BBQ, dancing the night away at a party, or riding bikes mysteriously into the night! C.ORE is a way to connect, network, and socialize with peers in an always fun, outgoing, and adventurous atmosphere.

Our goal is to promote a community and lifestyle revolving around the action sports industry, as well as provide an escape from the everyday college grind. So if you enjoy shredding the mountains, catching good surf, kicking back a few beers with friends, then join C.ORE Freeride and check out what you have been missing in "The Cascade Shred Brigade!"

Some Things We Do

-Weekend and holiday trips - Put in some turns at some of the best resorts in the NW, like Mt. Bachelor, Timberline and Mt. Hood Meadows.

-Day/weekend trips to the beach

-The Annual "C.ORE Invasion" - Where we pack up and hit the road to sweat destinations like Tahoe CA and Park City UT, for a sweet trip full of riding and fun.

Membership Info

C.ORE Freeride holds regular meetings throughout the school year, aside from our events, where members get together and hang out. It's a great time to meet new people from OSU who are down to have a good time and love to shred! It's also one of the best times to link up and network rides to the mountain/beach, because always better to ride with a homie.
